Round trip tickets have a 20% discount and are designed for people making return journeys with Ave, Mid and Long Distance & Avant Trains.
The only requirement is that the client will have to use the same two stations as points of departure and arrival within a maximum period of a calendar year from the date of purchase of the ticket.
Changes (for all classes)
Both journeys (outward and return) date & time can be changed independently, with no extra cost with the condition that the departure and destination stations remain the same and the journey is made within the period of validity
If there would be a price difference for the new ticket, the customer will have to pay the corresponding amount.
Both journeys (outward and return) can be cancelled independently, at a cost of 40% of the price of the ticket cancelled.
Missing the train
In case of missing an Ave or Long Distance trains that are missed for causes not attributable to Renfe, those customers who have arrived at the departure station at least 30 minutes before the scheduled train departure time will be given the option to travel on the next train with available seats, at no extra cost to customers, as long they travel in the same – or a lower – class as that of the original ticket.
